Harshad Rathod is a practicing lawyer mainly in the Civil and Corporate laws in India. He also provides legal advice to various Indian and foreign companies for cross-border M&A, business alliances and disputes.

 

He is a legal advisor to various companies in India from diverse fields of Industries like Automobile, Biotech, Energy, Retail, Fintech, Automation, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Finance and Insurance.

He also represents as standing legal counsel for Corporations, Individuals, Major Banks, Major Insurance companies, Local Government organisations at  High Courts and Tribunals in India and The Supreme court of India.

Qualification:  

• Bachelors in Legal Sciences & LL.B from the University of Pune (India).

• LL.M in International Law & Commercial Arbitration from Vishwakarma University, Pune (India). 

• Admitted to the Bar in India in the Year 2012.

• Qualified as an Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs since the Year 2023.

• Appointed as Arbitrator & Conciliator of Bombay High Court by the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Bombay High Court in the year 2026.
