Harshad Rathod is a practicing lawyer mainly in the Civil and Corporate laws in India. He also provides legal advice to various Indian and foreign companies for cross-border M&A, business alliances and disputes.

 

He is a legal advisor to various companies in India from diverse fields of Industries like Automobile, Biotech, Retail, Fintech, Automation, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Finance and Insurance.

He also represents as standing legal counsel for Corporations, Individuals, Major Banks, Major Insurance companies, Local Government organizations at different Courts and Tribunals in India.

• Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre (YSIAC)  

•  Junior Chamber International (JCI) and held various positions in the organization such as LOM  President, Director (International Affairs, Growth & Development). 

• He was also appointed as Development Officer at JCI Asia Pacific Development Council was assigned to mission countries Thailand & New Zealand. 

Qualification:  

• He did his Bachelors in Legal Sciences & LLB from the University of Pune (India).

• He did his LLM in International Law & Commercial Arbitration from Vishwakarma University, Pune (India) 

• He was admitted to the Bar in India in the Year 2012.

• He is also qualified as an Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs since the Year 2023.
